We loved our stay! The hotel's location by the beach was unbeatable, and there was always something fun happening at the nearby Kae beach bar. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. Plus, the hotel was immaculately clean and had great facilities like excellent Wi-Fi and a delicious breakfast.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The food was delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful during my Christmas stay. The location was perfect, only steps away from the beautiful beach and within walking distance of other restaurants and activities. The price for food and drinks was affordable and Wi-Fi connection was excellent.

The room was outdated and had a bad smell. Although I complained about it, I had to wait several hours before I was given an upgrade.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a few steps away from the beach, with amazing views of the ocean. the breakfast buffet was diverse and very tasty, with a lot of options to choose from. the staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist us with anything we needed during our stay. We also loved that the hotel provided us with a complimentary bottle of water every day.

the Wi-Fi connection was not very strong in some areas of the hotel.

The hotel is located on a beautiful tranquil beach, perfect for relaxation. Guests can enjoy great entertainment next door at Kae beach bar. the friendly staff always greets guests warmly. Rooms provide amenities such as a minibar and air conditioning. Breakfast is delicious and fresh.

The pricing for food and drink is on the expensive side, especially compared to local prices.

Elegance and comfort come together perfectly at this hotel. the rooms are spacious and luxuriously furnished with high-end amenities that left us feeling pampered and relaxed. the hotel has modern and exclusive facilities that made us want to extend our stay. We enjoyed the private beach , which was clean and not crowded.

Although we had a fantastic stay, the only minor issue was the slow check-in process. It took longer than expected to get our room keys.

the breathtaking sunsets, private beach access, and live entertainment were just a few of the highlights of our trip. the Spa & wellness centre was an absolute oasis with expert masseuses and a variety of treatments to choose from. the outdoor swimming pool, sun terrace, and garden area were perfect for relaxation and soaking up the sun. the restaurant and bar/lounge area were top-notch, with delicious dinner options, special diet menus, and packed lunches for the adventurous traveler.

The only minor issue we experienced was with the room's location, which was a little far from the main hub of the hotel. Although it did offer more privacy, we would have preferred a room closer to the pool and beach.
